about

London-born, Sydney-based songwriter Emma Davis releases her debut record- a collection of beautifully crafted and honestly told stories, co-produced with acclaimed troubadour Brian Campeau.

Over the last year, musical friends piled in to Brian's home-made studio to lend their own voices to the stories that were once so personal. It is a record made up of the quiet moments shared between people; stories of awkward conversations, mistaken loves and unfathomable friendships, told with such honesty that you can't help but see yourself in them.

The album features the single 'Machines' which was released to radio play on nationally-aired radio station Triple J, as well as community radio around the country.

“Another impressive song from one of the great quiet achievers of the Sydney scene. This one marries her great voice and ear for melody with percussion that sounds like Ben Gibbard playing the spoons while waiting for his egg to boil.”
Vijay Khurana, Triple J
